I had sex with my wife last night, almost immediately there after UT burned when I peed, I had not noticed much today, but tonight when I went to shower it was burning again, I had a white milky looking fluid in my penis, and it seems to be burning continually now not stop

Burning sensation with urine is almost synonymous with urinary tract infection. You should get you urine sample analysed for blood n pus cells n proteins n also get a culture study done. As you say d color is white , a stone could b a cause as well. U should also get a USG of k.u.b region.
