the nursing home my mum is in has been giving 1-2 yrs out of date chocolate for prizes at their bingo day. Can out of date chocolate make her sick and should they have it when most of them are diabetics? the age group there is 70-90 kind regards Vicki
Dear sir i can understand your concern in my opinion its not at all advisable to have chocolate which is out of expire. After experi the food will change its organic nature to form certain toxins and cause gastric problems . regular chocolates are not good for diabetics as they push up your sugars very fast. But a little dark chocolate which contain very little sugar can be taken. Regards DR vamsi krishna
