Can Ovulation Happen During Taking Cyclo Progynova ?

Hi, I am 30 years old and I was diagnosed of POF some time ago and my doctor prescribed cyclo progynova as an HRT, my question is can ovulation happen during taking cyclo progynova ? another question is does cyclo progynova stimulate ovulation?
