I am 56 yr. old female with quadriplegia cerebral palsy, still walking with crutches and aqua jogging 4 hours a week. My hdl is 64, ldl 312 and triglycerides 120. Eat veggies and lean meats, nuts. Do not smoke. Have high cholesterol all of my life. Could the pain meds I am on elevate ldl?
