Can Persistent Use Of Adderal Cause Blood In Stool?

I have been researching about adderal and its side effects. I have been on it for around two to three month now for add. When I first started we had to lower the dose because it irritated my stomach. I m now on the lowered dose and have experienced sever loss of appetite and I m scared I m going to get malnourished. I also have been experiencing blood in my stool for about the past week. I don t know what to do. I read that other people have had the blood in stool problem.

hello there,
appetite loss is very common side effect dextroamphetamine occurring in 21-22% patients. and dyspepsia is also common. but blood in stool is not a side effect of this drug.. so its better that you get your self examined by your doctor. thank you
