Can Pins And Needles In Chest Be A Result Of Lifting Heavy Items?

Hello im Jonathan, i start lifting around 8 months ago, Im in excellent phisical health dont have any heart problems or other before, i dont take any medication. I start using a preworkout aroun 1 month and now i feel like needles in my chest left side, it doesnt have an horary or relation with activities and preworkout. Im gonna stop taking that for a while, but im looking for information about this relation, thank you

Hi, I read your query very carefully.

Yes the chest pain may be due to lifting heavy items. So i suggest a gradual training a long preload and a gradual cool down during the training.

I also recommend to use wrestler belt and to use NSAID (such as advil) to ease your pain.

If this persist than consult an orthopedist for further exams and medication.
