Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ate pizza tonight and it was very cheesy and oily. I notice when I went to the bathroom I saw quiet a bit of oily spot in the bowl. Is this normal and I notice it happened about 3 months ago when I ate too many pistachios also. I normally do not eat pizza like that so I was wondering what can be the cause for the grease in the toilet bowl. Thanks for your help in advance
Few amount of mucus can be excetered in stool ....
When high fatty food taken like pizza also leads mucus discharge in stool ...
So no need for worry just now ... Just take more fruits and more water for that ... Green leaf vegetables taken more ....
No medication needed just now...
If persistent mucus or oily discharge is there than I will suggest you to get your stool examined .... If pus cells or egg of parasite present than treated accordingly ....like by antibiotic or albendazole according to cause. .
Consult physician for this if needed ...
Take care ....
