Can Pre Ejaculatory Fluid Cause Pregnancy?

Hi, I had sex with my girlfriend yesterday. I wore a condom, but during sex, we stopped because we thought we heard someone coming. Then my penis had become soft. Then when we decided to go again, my penis got hard again. I forgot to change the condom. Is that bad? I'm worried that pre-cum had gotten out. When I ejaculated I pulled out. I just want to know what are the chances of pregnancy and am I over-reacting?

Pregnancy can occur when sperm are in the vagina or even just on the vaginal opening.
In the event that you successfully pulls out, there is also the risk that your pre-ejaculate will contain sperm. Even though the amount of sperm is much lower in pre-ejaculate, it still might be there a chance of pregnancy.

But you do not worry much. The best thing is that you have done intercourse using condom. So the chances of pregnancy are still getting less.

Even if your girl friend should go through urine pregnancy test, and confirm the exact situation.
