Can Pre Ejaculatory Liquid Cause Pregnancy?

Hi, I had unprotected sex with my wife. We are not planning for a baby and so i did not ejaculate inside however I did wipe off the early liquid and inserted my penis 3 -4 times yesterday and today. my question is does the pre cum liquid have enough spermcount to cause a pregnancy and as explained above does she need to take a emergency contraception(unwanted 72). She had taken it some 4 months ago.

Hi,

Yes the pre ejaculatory fluid can cause pregnancy..
She should take the emergency pill for now and think about some other long term method of contraception.

Repeated use of emergency contraception is not advisable.
Oral contraceptive pills if she is able to take regularly ,and she doesnt have any contraindications for them can be taken.
Copper T is also a very effective reversible contraception.
Do consider other options soon.

If she doesnt get her next period on time ,please do a urine pregnancy test or visit a gynaecologist.

Regards.
