Can Precum Cause Pregnancy?

Doctor me and my girlfriend played around and wanted to have sex. So i inserted my cock for about half of the head. And she was supposed to get her period now but she doesnt. It might be the the white juice that comes out even without ejaculated. Does it contain sperm? I peed before doing it.im really nervous. Thanks
