Can Pregnancy Be The Reason For Sudden Cramps And Discharge?

I lost my virginity about 3 weeks ago and have had sex 2 more time since then. We used a condom each time. Now I am expecting my period in about a week and today I have had some cramping and light brownish/redish discharge. I have read about implantation bleeding on the internet....could I be pregnant???

Hi. First I would like you to not feel so anxious. You have used condomes all the times. This is a good predisposite to not get pregnant. Its not that condoms protect 100% but lets judge the circumstances. Second, you are waiting your periodsin a week, so wait until then because implantation occurs at 4th week, so the bleeding you are experiencing is not that. Third, cramping may be due to the rupture of the corpus lutem (remaining of the folicle). They may be also relating to constipation or any other bowel problem but I am excluding pregnancy. Take care.
