Hello, If you happened to be in your fertile period at the time of the incident, you have good chances of conception. Withdrawal method has high failure rate. Pregnancy cannot be diagnosed soon after an intercourse unless basal body temperature is being charted. At the time of first intercourse, the hymen ruptures and there is some amount of cystitis that develops as a result of pressure, the so called 'Honeymoon cystitis'. This could be the cause of the increased frequency and the pain. You should get help from a specialist through a clinical exam and urinalysis. Hope this helps.
