Can Pregnancy Still Happen After Taking I-pill?

Hi, I need assistance as to whether I may be pregnant or not.
I have a periodic cycle of 20-25 days and I was last on my periods from the 16th of september to the 21st of september.
My husband and I got laid on the 29th of september, and i took an i-pill within 48 hours.
Do i still have chances of being pregnant?
If yes, kindly give your suggestions.

Hi,

Welcome to healthcare magic. I have read your question.

I would like to reply as below:

1) Taking i pill does not offer 100 percent protection.

2) The chances of pregnancy are less but exist.

3) Get serum beta hCG blood test if she misses her periods.

If you have any further queries, let me know so that I can help you much better.

Wish you good health.

Dr. Soumya
