Can Presence Of Mass Seen In Testicle Be Cancerous?

Hi, My nephew is just 1yr and 1 month old.. What we initially thought of as 'water' in testicles has been proved wrong today when the scan reports showed the presence of mass in the place of one of the testicles. Can this growth be generalized to any cancerous symptom?

Yes, the presence of a mass seen in the testicle can be a cancerous growth.
MRI or CT will help more.
Blood alfafetoprotein that is AFP will help the diagnosis. Ct scan is needed to see whether there is spread to the abdominal lymph node.
Surgery is the answer.
