Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have read the details and in my opinion you have probably injured the tissues around knee cap- may be a fracture or ligament injury. I suggest you get an X rays ASAP, and consult orthopedic surgeon. In the meantime use pain killers and local Ice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
