Can Pressure In Head Indicate Sinus?

Hi I ve been feeling pressure when I press down on my front left scalp or when I bend my head down so that my head is almost completely upside down. It feels like I have a sensitive spot on my head but kinda inside my head. Like a bruise or something. What could this be and should I be worried? Also when I m laying down and I get up it hurts. Could It have to do with sinuses?

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a regular headache due to pain in the neck or related to the neck. Pain in other areas can go the neck and cause problems. You should try the following to see if it helps you:
Drink lots of water
Ice the neck for 15 mins
Heat the neck with a hot water bag for 5 mins
Rest for 1 hour and repeat as often as possible.
Take a Ibuprofen 400 to help counter the pain.

All the best. Wish you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
