i am 37 year old indian female ..have son of 5yrs ..want to plan for second baby..doctor has advice me to take mcbm 69 for 3 mnths ...wanted to know hw it is helpful ..also during my first issue i had a problem of low placenta ..is it possible i will have in second also ..hw does the low placenta codition comes
