Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If it is pneumonia or it is may be due to secondaries from other malignancy like liver or kidney etc. Prostate malignancy spread to bone mainly. But also possible to spread to lung. Unitill examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You may need to take CT chest and ultrasound abdomen and prostate. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
