Can Psyllium Husk Be Taken Along With Synthroid?
can I take Psyllen husk with hormones-Lipitor- synthroid-folic acid-tumerac- l-thyroxine- I ve also had diarrehea for a month from an antibiotic. Cultures all negative. Use to take benefiber, but dr suggest I take Metamucil, however took for first time last evening and had a lot of gas and stomach ache. Shold I not take fiber until my diarrehea has subsided?? Don t like to take fkavor fiber. Can t just mix in coffe, cereal etc like benefiber

Thank for asking and appreciate your concern, you can only take the medicine which is suggested by the doctor in dose recommended beside this you are suppose to take anything on your on way, fiber diet can be taken like that only and no need to mix it with coffee it is advisable not to mixing anything with other ingredient unless it is being advise by your physician, hope this information helps.
