Can Pumping Saline In Vein Cause Slight Burning While Breathing?

I had a test done the other day where they pump up salene in my vein to see if there s a barrier in my heart and if they salene is going from one side to the other but the results were great. But the second day I started feeling a slight burn when I breathe, it s not like an intense burn. Do u think the salene is what caused this burn. I ve never had this feeling before the test.
