Hi doc I have a pain in one side of my neck, I have had it for a very long time . I am a decorater so I paint a lot of sceilings. I also trane at the gym but it is now uncomfortable to work out. P.s its on one side of my neck. P.p.s. I have also given up smokeing a year ago. Would this cause headaches.. i have been takeing kalms to.
