Can Red Blotchy Inflamed Area On Face Connected To Kenalong Injection Taken On Scar?
I had a Kenalog injection (two very tiny points) on a scar behind my ear from a mini lift - the scar was red and swollen. The injection was done on Friday afternoon, this morning Monday I woke up with red blotchy and lightly inflamed areas on my face, could this be connected?

It could be a local inflammation.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
