Hello,

While masturbation itself generally does not cause such symptoms, but excessive or compulsive masturbation combined with stress may contribute to discomfort. Temporary soreness or discomfort in the testicles or groin area can occur due to frequent aggressive masturbation. Avoid this and concentrate your mind in other things like swimming, sports, listening to good music, outdoor visits / outings, etc.

Do not let your mind get back to any type of sexual activity as there are much better things to do in life than sex. Live quality life. Excessive or daily masturbation will lead to pelvic muscle weakness and thus fatigue. Prolonged arousal or frequent episodes of arousal can cause a buildup of pressure in the testicles, leading to discomfort. To get rid of pain you can take acetaminophen, one stat after food.

Stay busy with productive activities, hobbies, or exercise. Avoid staying alone. Breakup's commonly leave a void in your emotional life. Spend time with supportive friends or consider therapy or counselling to process emotions healthily. Take as long as your need to heal emotionally. In case testicle pain persists with any swelling, redness, or fever, then get clinically examined by a urologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
