Can Right Sided Pain In The Chest And Back Be A Sign Of Pleurisy?

I was diagnosed with Pleurisi and have been taking antibiotics. My pain started underneath my right arm last weekend. It has now moved to the front of the right side of my chest and I can feel the pain on the right side of my back as well. It hurts when I take a deep breath. It feels better when I lean forward. I have been taking antibiotics for 7 days now. It seems to be getting worse. Does this sound like Pleurisi? Thank you,
