Can Rough Masturbation Cause Bleeding In Penis Hole?

This question is super embarrassing. So I went pee about 20 minutes ago and there was no blood in the pee. Then about ten minutes ago, I masturbated (I masturbated harder than I usually do). Anyways, In the process of the masturbation, I noticed a little droplet of blood on my penis hole. It wasn t really deep red, it looked watered down a bit. Do you think this blood was from me masturbating too hard? Should I be concerned and see my doctor, or should I just let it be? I ve never participated in any sexual activities. Also, yesterday I also woke up with intense kidney pains. I m not sure if this would have anything to do with it. And thank you so much for the answer. I appreciate it so much. I m sorry about my embarrassing question.

Masturbation is a normal phenomenon in men and there is nothing wrong about it. Masturbation will not cause bleeding in penis hole.
The blood could have come from some other problem in your genitourinary system and as you said you had kidney pains also, I suggest you to visit your physician and get a full check up done.
