Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Royal jelly is a milky secretion produced by worker honey bees. It typically contains about 60% to 70% water, 12% to 15% proteins, 10% to 16% sugar, 3% to 6% fats, and 2% to 3% vitamins, salts, and amino acids.
Apart from its use in some of the specific disorders like asthma,
hay fever, liver disease,
pancreatitis, sleep disturbances (insomnia) and
premenstrual syndrome (PMS) it is also used as a general health tonic, for fighting the effects of aging and for boosting the immune system.
Although it may not help directly to improve the quality of egg, it can be taken along with other
fertility medications for general health improvement.
It may improve the fertility chances if your partner partner takes it too, as it may help to overcome associated problems due to reduced sperm movement (
asthenozoospermia).
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
