Can Rubella Infection Harm During Pregnancy?
MY wife have taken Rubella Vaccination on 04-Apr-2010 and in April 2011 she got pregnant.End of May 2011 we have taken Rubella IgG (ELFA) test and result turned to Positive. One of Doctor advised us to terminate the fetus and other doctor s advice is to wait for one more month.Please let us know how Rubella infection happening after vaccination. and can we save the fetus by taking some medicines?

Hello, no medicine is effective but to see for recent or old infection get avidity testing as in case of old infection no need to terminate the pregnancy
