Hello,

Constipation may cause hemorrhoids but hemorrhoids may not cause loose stools.

It may be due to laxative overdose or acute gastroenteritis or food intolerance etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Reduce the dose of laxatives, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Eat high fibre diet if loose stools subsided. If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and do surgery if necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
