Can Scar Tissue From Ear Infections And Trauma Be Safely Removed To Improve My Hearing?

Hi I m searching for an ear expert who will actually listen to me in regards to my hearing loss. I have scar tissue from many ear infections growing up I had ear trauma fr a gun blast and two ENTs only looked into my ear canal and said they couldn t help the extra hearing loss or the dining which increased sizable. It s affecting my overall ability to communicate with people. My hearing is distorted many days -am.radio frequency and mushy- and I have problems understanding or having clarity of words from soft spoken people. Id like to know if scar tissue can be safely removed and what Dr will be willing to help me find a solution other than hearing aides which amplify and also buzz and distorts my own voice if too loud. So frustrating.
