Can Severe Coughing After Pneumonia Cause Light Pelvic Bleeding In A Woman Who Has Been In Menopause For 2 Years?

Hi, I have been in menopause for 2 years. Recently I had pneumonia and was coughing while laying down on my side and felt a sharp pain in my pelvic area and the next morning I had a pinkish bleeding and it continued off and on for 3 days - very light. Could this be caused from the severe coughing?
