Can Severe Nausea, Dizziness Without Vomiting Or Diarrhea Be Due To Infected Stomach Flu?
good evening,on wed my eight year old got sick with what turned out to be the stomach flu...one episode of vomitting and one diarhea...two days my daughter gott sick..same symptoms...the day after i got sick with severe nausea and dizziness when i stood up but no vomitting or diarhea...my question is can u have the stomach flu without the vommiting or diarhea....thank you for your time

Primary symptoms of stomach flu is nausea, vomiting and some abdominal cramping, low grade fever of about 99 degrees. In my opinion it may not be due to stomach flu. Further investigation is necessary.
