Can Severe Panic Attacks While Walking And Driving Be A Symptom Of Agoraphobia?

My thirty-five year old son has panic attacks and can t walk outside. He is afraid to drive. He can t work anymore. I am afraid he has Agoraphobia. He is afraid to call for a psychiatric evaluation. This has progressed for a year or more. We live in YYYY. His insurance is Medicaid.
