Can Sexual Intercourse Without Protection Cause HIV?

Hi Dr, Thank you for taking the time to read this I had an exposure in Toronto Canada and since then I have been a mess , I haven t slept in days and haven t kissed my son or be intimate with my wife bI went to get an erotic massage from an upscale massage parlour in Toronto, the lady was Canadian and looked very clean \The massage was fine but three things happend which has ruined my life 1) she kept rubbing her vagina and then would use the same hand to masturbate me , she was very wet 2) she rubbed my penis on her butt crack ( maybe rubbed it in her anus I m not sure) 3) I sucked her nipples What is my risk for hiv and other std? Do you think I need to get tested? Can I go back to being intimate with my wife? Thank you so much and your reply would really help me

See first of all you have to be sure about HIV status of the girl with whom you had that incident whether she is positive or not. If she is HIV positive than there is definitely a risk of getting HIV but only when vaginal fluid comes in direct contact with your penis or if there were cuts or abrasions on your hand and you had an accidental exposure to her vaginal fluid otherwise you need not to worry much. Last but not the least as your friend I would like to advice you be legitimate with your wife and children and avoid this kind of unfaithful pleasure as much as you can. Thank you
