Hi! I am suffer from sinus problem, for the last month or so I have been getting sore throat and lost my voice which comes and goes . I am concerned could it be more then just sinusitis Thank you, I do appreciate your input on this matter. My very best regards Belinda

I have gone through your query; for your kind information sinusitis itself does not responsible for the voice loss but severe sinusitis causing infection to the larynx then it may cause this problem.
To rule out the cause laryngoscopy is necessary.
