Can Sinus Problem Cause Dizziness?

Hello! I am having a problem with random dizziness. I am not sure what is causing my issues. The only cause that I can think of is that I have had sinus issues for the last 4 months that will not go away. I m not sure if that could have anything to do with the dizziness. I also stopped taking several medications without consulting my doctor, which may have caused the dizziness as well, but I m not sure. The dizziness is not present everyday and I can still function with it. It is just annoying to feel vertigo for days at a time. What could possibly be the cause of my random dizziness? Thank you!
