Can Sinuses With Lung Infection Cause Pain In The Chest While Breathing?

Hi I m struggling to breathe while trying to sleep it s causing a pain in the centre of my chest when sitting up and breathing this same pain occurs I have a infection in my lungs and sinus at the moment which is being treated with antibiotics and I smoke for 2 years now and currently 18
