Can Skin Cancer Spread By Touch ?

I have had skin cancer on my face 5 yrs. ago and how it has come back in another place on my face, can skin cancer spread by touch.

skin cancer is not infectious
so it does not spread by contact from one site to other.
if u have more sunexposure,then chance of it increase
