Can Skin Lite Causes Any Skin Cancer Or Any Other Side Effects?

By using skin lite we will get any skin cancer and any other side effects and i have been using it since one year starting all my pimpls and black spots has reduced and cleared very well and i become very white but now again i got pimples and black spots why it is like this any problem because of using skin lite it become like this please advice me to reduce black spots

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned Skinlite contains [2% Hydroquinone
0.025% Tretinoin,0.1% Mometasone Furoate] all component has its mild side effects but the drug hydroquinone has carcinogenic properties which has been listed in FDA list for cancer drugs.But no cancer case has been reported so far.So take precaution while using this drugs.
Secondly for pimples you can use [ ACNE-B topical gel] twice a day without any side effects it contains [ clindamycin 1 % w/w, benzoyl peroxide 5 % ]
and remove black heads through removers.
