I disagree with your guess.

Uterus is fixed in abdominal cavity by strong ligaments,muscles & other tissues and mostly
uterine prolapse (slipping the uterus out) is caused by
- weakening of the muscles/ligaments( child birth,old age, obesity)
- increased abdominal pressure pushing uterus down(
constipation,
chronic cough,
asthma, repeated/difficult child birth
* Skipping is an exercise,which helps strenthennng of muscles& reduction of fat . Also you can observe while jumping up in skipping legs & lower abdominal muscles get tightened & strong .
So please don't worry. an optimum number of skipping does no harm but is helpful for health, it is not likely to cause any problem in child birth.
