Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I would like to know if you measured your blood pressure during this episode.

Your troubles could be related to low blood pressure, or intoleration to lisinopril.

Anti-hypertensive drugs are usually started in low doses and increased slowly in order to avoid their adverse effects (such as nausea, low blood pressure, etc.).

I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure and regulate the doses of lisinopril based on these values (in order to avoid possible low or high blood pressure).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
