Can Slightly Thick Endometrium With Mildly Enlarged Ovary Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

the time for my wife's monthly period is over by 24 days with no positive result in urine test and today an ultrasound reveals slightly thick endometrium with mildly enlarged ovary.can it be a sign of pregnancy as we have no child and wife is 40 years old.

Hello, get a bHCG test and in case negative then pregnancy is conclusively ruled out and thick endometrium is just due to lack of menstruation and is perimenopausal symptom.
