Hi, I am 41 year old female who weighs about 270 (5'6") and smokes. I have had one TIA. Last week out of the blue I got very dizzy while sitting. Lasted about 3 mins. For the last two days I am very fatigued and have some mild chest discomfort that comes and goes. Yesterday I was lightheaded and slept all day. Today I am just tired with the mild discomfort.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue and dizziness which could be due to smoke, anxiety, hypoglycemia and alteration in the blood circulation. Smoking has effect on central nervous system and it activates sympathetic nervous system and resulting in adrenaline rush in body which causes dizziness. I would suggest you to quit smoking as that is the only preventing measure. Start reducing first or start using nicotine patches. Keep chewing sugarless candies or chew-gums. Drink plenty of fluids and water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
