Can Smoking During Early Pregnancy Cause Any Harm To The Fetus?

Hi I am Ash, I am 5 to 6 weeks pregnant and a smoker. I got to know this yesterday. I have decided to quit. I am a bit concerned about the harm which is already done. Has Smoking during these weeks affected my baby. Is my baby safe? what should i do so that i can have a healthy baby.

in early weeks it can affect growth of baby...
