Can Sore Breast,nausea And Bloating With Crampy Periods Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi , I was suppose to get my period on the 9th my period was 4 days late. I took a HPT on the 10th it came out negative and on the 11th went to hospital took a urine test and came out negative as well. My boobs were sore, i was tired, sometimes nauseous and bloated. I spotted brown on the 12th then on the 13th started bleeding it was medium and bright red with tiny pieces of clots and had bad cramps, and headaches. Bleeding stopped on the 15th? I don t know if it s my period or could I be pregnant? Help please

Two consecutive pregnancy test done few days apart are negative, almost making the possibility of pregnancy unlikely.
