Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

There always will be sperm even after having sex. This sperm could come out in itself or when you exert pressure on your groin. This is normal and nothing to worry. Therefore, I suggest consulting a psychologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
