Can Spleen Injury Lead To Painful Coughing?
Hi, I slipped on icy deck stairs and landed with one step on my thigh which is a nice purple bruise but not hurting, and one step on my back about where my spleen is. I went to have it checked and no ribs were cracked or broken but it hurts when cough, laugh, or move the wrong way. Could I have bruised my spleen?

Get done USG abdomen if it was deep. And coughing will use abdominal muscles so it will hurt u if bruise/wound in abdomen.
