Can Squishy Looking Skin On Knee Due To Fall During Childhood Be Corrected?

i fell down on my knee when i was younger and now that im older the skin from the cut that has grown back looks squishy looking when ever i stand straight but then i bend my leg since it stretches its not noticeable but wen i stand straight it scrunches up all squishy looking am i able to get the removed because it makes me feel quite occurred when i wear things like shorts?

It may be atrophic shiny scar developed after trauma. It may be repaired by plastic surgery. So, consult the plastic surgeon. After thorough examination and investigations, he may go for plastic surgery.
