Can Stomach Pain Be Symptom Of Gastroenteritis?

I have bronchitis and I can t stop coughing. I have neck pain and stomach pain not as bad but whenever I stretch or move my neck. Now I have really bad stomach pain and need I mind you past couple of days I ve eaten out. Do I have gastroenteritis or a stomach/neck muscle pulled?

Gastroenteritis...inflammation and irtitation of stomach and intestines...kind of injured gastrointestinal system...
So yes gastroenteritis might give you pain along with vomiting.
