Hi,

Headache can be due to infection and overall stress3body due to strep throat. Tiredness and excessive sleepiness can be due to infection as well as a possibility of rising body temperature due to infection.

You should once check her fever. Also, consult an Emergency or a Physician and get a course of antibiotics and Acetaminophen that is Tylenol for relief. Doing warm salt water gargles will also help.

Give her soft foods and plenty of water. Let her take sufficient rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
