Can Stress Cause Numbness In My Arm?

yes I do have a question? I am experiencing an arm that has gone numb underneath I started noticing that it had no feeling about a week ago as I was using a washcloth on me in the shower. I have been under a lot of stress lately and didn't know if that may be the cause or what? Can a person get bells palsy somewhere on the body besides the face?
